Who we are
Radical Signals was co-founded by Agata Bendik and Wiktoria Bulik.
We are two Polish immigrants who grew up navigating contradiction: between systems and stories, between what we were told and what we felt to be true.
We met in London through work in health, tech and innovation. Ultimately, we bonded over a shared sense that something bigger was missing and radical forces were taking over.
That’s how Radical Signals was born - a space to talk honestly, discuss what matters, and go against ideas that exclude, discriminate and hurt.
Agata comes from the world of global innovation strategy, helping shape ecosystems, movements, and spaces for radical ideas to grow. Now, she’s a writer, public speaker, cultural observer, and a feminist who grew up with strong women as role models.
Wiktoria is a scientist, a health tech operator, and a force of rigour and clarity. Her background in bioscience and digital transformation is matched by a deep care for the systems that shape how people live, heal, and are seen.
